2Products & Setup Support

Dhillonelectronics sells Android and Linux TV boxes and provides setup help for compatible apps on TVs, phones, tablets, and similar devices.

• Orders & setup: Product and setup requests are confirmed via WhatsApp or email.
• Your devices: If you already own a TV or box, we can walk you through compatible app setup. Results can vary by device and software version.

3Internet Requirements & Performance

A stable home internet connection is recommended for TV boxes and app setup. Device performance can vary based on your network, Wi-Fi, and hardware.

• A wired Ethernet connection or 5GHz Wi-Fi is usually more reliable than a crowded 2.4GHz network.
• We can help you check settings if something is slow after setup.

Local internet speed, Wi-Fi quality, and device hardware are outside our direct control.

4User Responsibilities & Fair Use

You agree not to:

• Resell our TV boxes or setup support without prior authorization.
• Misuse our WhatsApp, email, or website contact channels.

5Customer Support & Guarantee

Our customer support team is available 7 days a week over WhatsApp and email to assist with app installations, TV box setup, and device troubleshooting. We are committed to fast, friendly, human assistance.

6Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.
